Privacy 196:	Information on the protection of personal data ( Legge 196/03 ) Information under Article 13 of the legislative decree 30 June 2003 n 196 reciting the law relating to the protection of personal data. Under article 13 of the legislative decree reciting regulations relating to the protection of personal data we wish to inform you the personal data voluntarily given by you, supplied for the activation of the requested services will be handled by Frigomeccanica Spa, company managing the frimec.it site, adopting appropriate measures to guarantee safety and confidentiality in respect of the norms set out above. 1. Collection of information 1.1 The present information concerns the data gathered through the present forms in correspondence of the services: a) Feedback b) Recommend frimec.it, to a friend c) Do you wish to see your form publicised? d) Send the form by e-mail to the following address e) Area users f) Newsletter 1.2 Every registration request for the services set out in sections e and f of paragraph 1 is verified by Frigomeccanica Spa, through a system that requests a following confirmation that the body that requested the registration ( double opt-in )verifies that the person that presented the request is the owner of the e-mail address and entitled to enrol in the service. 2. Purpose and methods of handling data 2.1 The data collected in the scenarios as set out in sections a, b, c and d of paragraph 1.1, will be handled exclusively for the following purpose : a) build reports with the user, in particular in order to respond to calls for information and assistance sent through the " feedback " form b) send out communications relating to new initiatives of the frimec.it site c) carry out statistical analyses d) comply with the obligations of the law. 2.2 The data collected in the scenarios as set out in sections e and f of paragraph1.1. will be handled forthe following purposes a) allocate the proposed services through the frimec .it site ( " compilation facilitated by forms" " list of preferred forms " ) b) send out the newsletter c) send out communications relating to new initiatives of the frimec.it site d) send out periodically electronic messages containing promotional materials and initiatives , internal announcements and commercial communications which can equally be channelled through the newsletter e) carry out statistical analyses f) comply with the obligations of the law 2.3 The handling will be carried out either manually or with the help of electronic means, or however automated , and including , with regards to the limits and conditions set out in Article 11 of d.legs 196/03; all operations or complex operations , according to the same Decree and understood as " handling " 3 Nature of contribution of data 3.1 The contribution of personal data has optional characteristics . All the same the missing contribtion, also partial, of the requested data, in diverse forms, countersigned with an asterisk will establish the impossibility for Frigomeccanica Spa to proceed to the complete supply of the services offered through the frimec.it site. 4. Communication and circulation of data 4.1 Personal data collected will not be circulated or communicated to Third Parties. 5 Rights of interested party 5.1 Corrections / updating of the personal data under Article 7 of the dlgs 196/2003 confirms specific rights to the interested party in particular: 1 The interested party has the right to obtain the confirmation of the existence or less of personal data concerning them, even if not yet registered, and their communication in intelligible form. 2 The interested party has the right to information on: a) the origin of the personal data b) the aim and procedures of the handling c) the logic applied in case of handling effected with the help of electronic means d) in depth identification of the owner, those responsible and those representatives approved under article 5.2 e) subjects or categories of subjects to which personal data can be communicated , or can come to the knowledge of the designated representative of the State , so responsible and enabled. 3 An interested party has the right to obtain: a) updating, subsequent amendments , when it concerns them, integration of the data b) cancellation, transformation in anonymous or the blocking of data processed in violation of the law, including that which it is not necessary to preserve in relation to the needs for which such data had been gathered or successively processed c) certification that the operations set out in a) and b) have been made available , as well as regards their content, to whom the said data has been communicated or made available , except the case in which such fulfilment is patently impossible or involves a task manifestly disproportionate to the protecting law 4 An interested party has the right to bloc , in whole or in part: a) for legitimate motives the handling of the personal data that applies to them , even if pertinent for the purposes of the gathering b) the handling of personal data that applies to them for the purpose of dispatching publicity or direct selling materials or the accomplishment of market or commercial communications research.
